Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role in the Sales & Customer service Department, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role includes performing day-to-day sales and customer service operations, providing excellent communication skills, providing accurate and timely information and responses, and building on positive professional relationships.


Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and troubleshooting.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate department as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve service processes.
Coordinate with the purchasing, sales and operations teams, and contributing to sales, operations and purchasing strategies.
Communicate with customers and suppliers and research products to learn about raw materials, finished goods, and services, to provide the best options to the customer.
All team members may be cross trained to support other teams.

Qualifications: 
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer relationships and address inquiries with professionalism.
Experience and proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, including the ability to implement and execute sales initiatives as well as understanding the manufacturing and operations processes as they relate to lead times and material supply.
Confidence and consistent telephone skills are a must.
Proven skills in working well with team members across multiple company areas to enhance performance and ensure strong alignment with business objectives.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in relevant software systems and tools, including ERPs and CRMs, with experience in customer service and/or sales processes being a plus.
Previous experience in the industrial supply, plumbing, or PVF industry is a plus but not required.
